1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mission UPSC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mission UPSC is an educational platform designed to help UPSC Civil Services aspirants prepare for their examinations. The Service includes:
- Previous Year Question (PYQ) practice with explanations
- Full-length mock tests with scoring and analysis
- Current affairs daily and monthly compilations
- UPSC syllabus tracking and study material
- Study timer and productivity tools
- AI-powered study assistance (premium)
3. User Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to access personalized features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
4. Free and Premium Plans
The Service offers both free and premium tiers:
- Free: Limited PYQ practice (5 per topic), 2 mock tests, basic analytics, current affairs, syllabus tracking, timer, and todos.
- Premium: Unlimited PYQs, all mock tests, advanced analytics, study materials, AI features, and all filters.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are processed via Razorpay.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform (questions, explanations, study material, articles) is owned by Mission UPSC or used with permission.
- UPSC previous year questions are sourced from publicly available UPSC examination papers.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the platform without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Mission UPSC is a study aid and does not guarantee success in any examination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mission UPSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
